This year ends with a real surprise for me which I want to share with you:
Peter Schraud wants to hand over his house in Ahrensberg/Louisenlund (near Schleswig) to me if I can handle his hypothek of still 119000 Euro. Some pictures are at www.peacewheel.com topic "Meditationsraum" and than "Dodeka".
In the house are three units of 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom each which costs 300 Euro + heating, telefon etc.
I say YES to this project if I get support.
My "dreamteam" are a gardener, a housefather/mother and a female body therapist or social worker of whom I had an interesting inner image: a ca. 35 - 50 years old woman sitting content at the piano ( which is already part of the house). But - it was clear that I don´t know this woman yet.
My part of the house is to fulfil my vision of a health house hear. I will have one room in the house which I will give to patients in a crisis for a small fee. I will support them for 3 - 10 days with therapy until they are able to get back to their daily life. Then they will return to their normal places and try to integrate what they have learned in this "Health House at the Peacepark" (this is my working title for the house yet). THey can come back if there are still difficulties.
Another part of the "work" will be done by the wonderful nature aound the house. And also important are the future inhabitants of the house who can support someone in a crisis just by their pure BEING and willingness to have a tea togethzer or just talk to each other.
Another way of earning some money in this house is a kind of cafe/ room of meeting. What ever of this kind of sociotherapy will be payed by social insurances is not clear yet.
We will ask of course the people who found primarily cheap support in this house for a contribution according to their possibilities.
This is so far the rough concept - and future inhabitants can bring in their own ideas.
